Abstract: Effective postoperative analgesia significantly influences patient recuperation and outcomes following caesarean delivery. Multimodal analgesics is the fundamental idea for caesarean section and pain control. Ultrasonic-guided quadratus lumborum blocks (QLB) are extensively utilised for postoperative pain relief for individuals following elective caesarean sections. US-guided QLB are more effective than transversus abdominis plane (TAP) blocking for patients undergoing caesarean section. Tap blocks may serve as a rescue intervention for patients experiencing moderate to severe postoperative pain following caesarean delivery. Erector spinae plane block is relatively new in the obstetric population. Also, it gives somatic Analgesia and Possibly provides visceral analgesia.
